I love chase I use it for my every day banking it’s easy to use plus the customer service is brilliant the app itself is so simple to use I’ve even managed to get my dad to set up a account and he now can do online banking which he’s never been able to do before ! He’s (65) and useless with technology so I would highly recommend chase to anyone and everyone ! Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
