I love having confidence in my bank!

I love having my main account and then ‘side’ ones to keep money in for different expenses. It really helps my budgeting. Also it’s so easy to move money between them which gives me peace of mind and confidence when things get a bit tight. I love the Round Up facility and how easy it is to use the app and see what I’m doing with my money and what it’s doing for me! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Customer Service

They have a really amazing customer aka the chat function within the app. They provide quick responses within 1 to 2 minutes even less than a minute. They provide useful information as well as sort out your problem as soon possible depending on the issue of course. I would recommend them just for that. They have the amazing round up and cash back rewards which is the main reason why I use Chase as they are best in the business when it comes to it. I’ve been using them for more then a good year or so probably more if I remember correctly apologies and will continue using them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
