Exactly how a bank should be servicing its customers

After years of using various high street banks and experiencing incredibly poor levels of services I decided to switch to Chase and the experience has been fantastic. By fantastic I mean exactly what you want as a customer, I’ve had no problems, wasted no time, incurred no needless charges, suffered no waiting in phone queues. I regret not switching sooner !!
