The app is so easy to use.

The app is so easy to use. There are many things I love about Chase 1) 1% interest on up to £1500 of spending per month plus 1% interest on my balance held in my current account 2) My transactions show up immediately on my Apple Watch and Phone so less chance of fraud 3) Transfers of money in or out or between chase accounts are instant or very soon after the transaction. 4) The customer service team are available 24/7 and are so prompt in replying and really efficient. Use chase since juky 2023 and there excellent .

I’ve had a chase account since July 2023 and it’s been a godsend. So easy to use, to transfer money from one account to another, using it abroad was a breeze and to top it all you earn small cash rewards for shopping with your chase card! It all adds up and is very useful to have in reserve.its been the best banking decision I’ve ever made when I switched to chase Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Thumbs up from The Bank Manager

I am a bank manager/director, and although I don't work for chase bank, I absolutely wouldn't bank anywhere else. I'd love them to bring out more facilities such as joint current accounts and even business accounts - their approach to customer service is second to none, despite them not being rated by the CMA results they are absolutely AMAZING and I'd love to not only spread the good word about chase, but to work for them!
