Exactly how a bank should be servicing its customers

After years of using various high street banks and experiencing incredibly poor levels of services I decided to switch to Chase and the experience has been fantastic. By fantastic I mean exactly what you want as a customer, I’ve had no problems, wasted no time, incurred no needless charges, suffered no waiting in phone queues. I regret not switching sooner !! The app is so easy to use.

The app is so easy to use. There are many things I love about Chase 1) 1% interest on up to £1500 of spending per month plus 1% interest on my balance held in my current account 2) My transactions show up immediately on my Apple Watch and Phone so less chance of fraud 3) Transfers of money in or out or between chase accounts are instant or very soon after the transaction. 4) The customer service team are available 24/7 and are so prompt in replying and really efficient.
