App is a little lacking in depth and functionality, but is minimal enough to still function well. The main benefit with Chase is, of course, the cashback as well as interest of pesky spare change which are thankfully rounded up nicely. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Been with Chase for nearly two years and had no need to contact them - information is clear to follow - statements on time - phone app very good I would recommend to anyone, they have saving policies to suit most people and offer rewards that are honoured. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Highly recommend

Chase bank is great. Very simple and easy to use. No account fees or charges. Great promotions. 1% cashback on pretty much all transactions. Also the round up account is handy, at the end of the year I should have some nice change in that account, added with the 5% interest they give. I love Chase banking.

I love Chase banking. At first I was very reluctant to open a bank account with you. I am from the old school of banking and it has been engrained into me to stay with a well known high street bank! I followed my desire to branch out and ever since I have had no regrets. You are professional. Helpful. Offer great benefits and your online service is so easier to use. No more queuing for me! I personally think you are the best banking service available and I bore my family and friends regularly with how glad I am I took the plunge and how they should too. Well done chase.
