Easy to set up and user friendly

Easy to set up. App is very user friendly, not really had the opportunity to speak to customer service as all information was readily available on the app. The only thing I would comment on is the amount of accounts you can open in the app which can be frustrating if you only want to open one and you can end up accidentally opening more than 1. Good Service but Offers Need to Improve

Service has been good along with initial offers for the account being strong in terms of interest and cash-back on first year. Recently with interest rates increasing Chase has fallen a bit behind other banks having not increased their own to match. Overall smooth customer service and a good banking experience but I will likely be looking for a new bank after the first year offer is up, unless Chase catches up with what is now available.
