Easy to use app and their security system seems to be great in detecting any potential errors with their card. I'm sure some customers may appreciate their cashback if you meet their requirements and the only downside I can see is that they reserve their best rates for new customers only! I set up my current account on line and it was pretty straightforward. I opened it as when you are abroad Chase current account makes no surcharge on foreign transactions and seems to employ a perfectly good rate of exchange. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Excellent customer service

I get cash back on purchases which is nice. .Money was recovered after having money taken out of my account and card details instantly changed to protect my money. Excellent customer service even over chat function Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Good Service, Easy to use App.

App is very simple to navigate, easy and quick to transfer cash in and out, good cash back, competitive interest on savings. I now have a few family members who use Chase accounts and we all have positive experiences. As an overall package I find Chase hard to beat. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
