Two years of excellent banking

I've had a chase account for two years now and it has been an excellent experience. Love the decent interest on savings and the cashback rewards. I haven't ever had a problem so can't comment on customer service, although I get informative emails from the bank. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Happy Chase Customer

I find everything is good about Chase and it’s easy to use App, I find it very easy to transfer money between my current account and savings allowing me to maximise interest. I love getting interest even on my current account. I especially like the lack of charges while abroad, and find it very useful as I travel a lot. Overall, I’m very happy with Chase. 1% cashback, great customer service and ease..

Chase has been fantastic - it is the most user friendly banking app I have ever used. The customer service is also fantastic. 1% cashback is also a dream! The ease of opening secondary current accounts and savings accounts is also a major bonus. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
