The banking app is extremely user friendly, offers great insights into expenditure and savings and the ability to hold multiple saving accounts for multiple different savings goals is very handy. More so than just the app, i needed to call chase to cancel a payment i had made incorrectly and not only was the call answered immediately the staff were very helpful in resolving my issue, This is not the experience i have had from other bank accounts i hold. And to top it off chase have been ahead of all other banks with their interest rates offered on saving accounts not just with the rate itself but the value to which they offer the rate on. To summarise, currently Chase are offering the best current/savings account on the market and if you don't already hold an account, OPEN ONE TODAY! Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Great Service! Great App! Innovative!

I started my account by depositing a small amount of £20.00. Gradually, I have moved most of my day to day sepdning to it and have seen my cash back amount grow, my round-up amount grow and recently I set up a savings account. As described - Finally - US bank streets ahead of the UK providers - Chase - Oustanding

At long last, a bank that does exactly as "described on the tin" There's also the extremely competitive saving rate, which is an absolute bonus. If you're content with poor service etc stay with your current provider, if you want the best in class get the Chase account today. UK providers! the alarm bells should be ringing........
