Chase is an excellent bank

Best bank I’ve ever been with!

Best bank I’ve ever been with, I was with previous banks before and none cater to me like Chase does, to be able to text chat instead is the best thing for me. I have a bad phobia of speaking over the phone which is to do with my neurodivergence. So having this option to speak to someone through texting is amazing for me and gives me independence on sorting stuff out! More businesses need to take notes from chase for this! 5* App/Service and value

opened account in under 10 minutes, app is quick and updates transactions instantly, great to use home or abroad, cashback on purchases and great interest rates love it! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase is currently the best-of-breed in its class.

Have used other challenger / digital-only banks before, like Monzo and N26 in Europe, and would definitely rate Chase as my no 1 for digital banking. I now do all my daily spend transactions on it, and I love the savings account too. I also love the little perks like the round-up account and the 1% cashback on all my daily spend trans.
