Superb to use current account

Efficient sharp responsive

The initial account opening experience was THE most efficient of 4 different online banks I opened a new account ahead of my retirement. Any issues are immediately responded to via the chat function which is clearly supported by real people and not some (not very clever algorithms)… cashback and roll up savings are exactly what they say on the tin. Lastly - the introduction to a sister business Nutmeg was first class… having banked with HSBC for 35 years I’m moving away from the norm, to experience the real customer benefit.. Brilliant

Got a Chase account becuase i was travelling for a month and didn't want to pay through the nose for overseas debit card transactions. The benefits which come with the account are amazing. No gimmicks, just solid finacial good sense. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
