Good if you don't need to use Customer service.

Good overall for use of daily spend to save 1% on spend. Interest rates are OK on savings however there is better out there. Only poor experience is I was promised an update around using my chase card to pay a payment which wouldn't work. This was there Mastercard to pay a credit card which wouldn't work. 1 year on no update and gave up as I used my HSBC account to sort it. Also pending charges from failed payment from chase to authorised held money for 3 days and the seller said they haven't requested the payment. I am new to online banking so always a bit nervous. Using Chase has given me confidence as they have been very supportive and helpful whenever I have been in touch with them. The whole Chase approach is one that is simple to navigate around and Chase certainly fits the bill. And of course the great rate of interest. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
