Great bank account, giving 1% on all card purchases, even abroad is very generous. Used my card for all spending on holiday as there's no fees either. Like the app, very easy to use and transfer money into savings, set up new accounts etc. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I opened my chase account last year and not to be disappointed, I can access my money at anytime anywhere and do not incurr charges when abroad which is a great help in this climate, I have contacted customer services once for help with a matter concerning a payment to a third party and the response was just amazing from the team very helpful and polite in the whole process and I got my payment back, I have and will carry on recommending chase bank and services to everyone I am super pleased I joined. An excellent bank with superb benefit

An excellent bank with a great app and superb benefits.I wish I had discovered it sooner!I love the cash back and the good interest on credit balances.Also the fact that I can make payments direct from the associated savings account with having to transfer funds to the current account. An actual customer service based bank
