A refreshing approach to banking in its simplest form.

A refreshing approach to banking in its simplest form. No fuss, no gimmick, just looking after my money. My card is the safest it can be, as is my online experience. In a world that no longer uses cash, I find the ability to save my 'pennies' is incredibly useful and provides funds for a little something for myself at the end of the month. Excellent and friendly bank

Chase is a very simple account to setup, very quick. The fact that it is online makes my life a lot easier. On the rare occassions that I have called customer services, I always got through to a human operator, rather than AI, and they always resolved my query left me feeling valued.
