No hesitation in recommending Chase.

I have both a current account and a savings account for nearly 2 years now and both have been trouble free. Easy to manage in the app and the one time I needed to speak to a person it was easy to get through and the customer service advisor tailored the call to my needs rather than appearing to be reading from a script. Chase is fast, efficient, and good cashback incentives. I also have a savings account with a good interest rate. The app is intuitive and I like that the card doesn't have your details on it for privacy reasons. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent cash back offer

The 1% cashback for purchases is excellent value, the rewards really add up over time and the interest on the rewards also provides good value like an extra savings account. I can use my card mostly anywhere although some retailers don’t accept it for example a post office/newsagent I went to. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
