I've been a Chase customer for over a year now. They have a very attractive offering; current account with no fees, 1% cashback rewards that pays out very quickly, customer services available in the app at the touch of a button (both as messages with a real person or over the phone), and the app is really easy to use and monitor the account and debit card. Further improvements to their offering, including acceptance of cash deposits in Post Offices as opposed to incoming transfers from other bank accounts, would make this perfect and prevent the need for having two bank accounts at the same time Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

Chase Bank has been in the market backed by JP Morgan Brand and has been a good competitor for other challenger and high street banks. Have switched over to this bank and being used this as everyday banking. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

Chase 2years on and on!!

Have been using Chase since 2years. A truly rewarding and awarding banking. I have been using Chase for my travel and getting the best rates on FX and their customer support is Excellent as they were able to support with any of my disputes. Fantastic customer support, lacking app features.

Super from the get go

I’m 66 and have been with most banks over the years. I joined Chase UK when they first launched and, as I expected, there were teething problems but they compensated me. Since then they have offered excellent service and competitive rates. The other bank who match them for customer service? First Direct. But Chase still the front runner in my opinion for the overall package they offer. Reviewed on: 1st December 2023

Best Frictionless Financial App - EVER!

I opened an account recently and it couldn't have been easier than downloading an app and signing up - done! This is how banking should be done. If only the idiot banks that held most of my money were as easy to deal with. When trying to move some of my funds to Chase, so I could take advantage of the 4% interest rate, they made life very hard indeed. Despite having a very high daily transfer limit, that I didn't even get close to, there was a very low limit for each individual transfer I could make and despite passing the two factor authentication every time, Santander basically made it almost impossible for me to move my money. They drove me to frustration and although I had no intention of closing that account that is exactly how they made me feel. Now move over to Chase and life is very different and so much simpler. The app itself is so easy to use and does everything you need it do, especially making payments is just a breeze. And I can move my money freely without any hassle or unnecessary blocks. Santander, you could learn a lot from Chase, and when I tell you its none of your business why I'm moving my money it's literally because it is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! If I have passed all the authentication stages and am moving money from an account with my name to another account with my name then there is nothing suspicious going on, and all you need to know is that I am moving MY MONEY. I went from having the worst customer experience ever with Santander to having the best customer experience ever with Chase and getting double the interest rate from their savings account. The app gives me instant access to both a current and savings account, where I can move money between the two freely. There is a low level of interest on the current account but you also get 1% money back on everything you spend - or at least you did, as this offer may have now lapsed. You get a debit card you can use and it is valid for international travel with no charges. I mean, what a great product, they really thought about the customer and delivered something useful, friendly and easy to use. A truly frictionless financial app and customer experience. Santander, you could learn a lot from them or by listening to your frustrated customers - pull your finger out or you won't have many left. Generally the banks are the worst of all our institutions anyway, they have no values and scam us everyday with their financial deceptions - no to mention tanking the economy when they go to far. To say they cannot be trusted is an understatement but we are bound by their lock on the financial system. Chase is the best of a very corrupt bunch, at least in customer experience - although the are owned by JP Morgan, who are at least as evil as the next bank, just ask Tesla.
