Excellent Bank

Excellent current account, easy to understand and use on the app. Round up account excellent idea. Customer service is second to none. Phones are answered within a few rings, the agents are knowledgeable and are so competent. Messages to customers service are replied to within minutes. I’m so glad I changed to Chase. Great bank, and the 1% cashback is amazing

I really like that Chase is super easy to use, their app is simple and has everything that you need and they are always keen to help if you have any doubt. Another great feature is the automatic roundups that go to a savings account. I really hope that they extend the 1% cashback and that they keep being a great bank. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
