Refreshingly simple

Having been a mainstream UK bank customer for the majority of my fairly lengthy life, I was intrigued to learn more about "app banking". I almost went for another option until I learned that it was part of HSBC - no thank you! Chase has been, without a doubt, a pleasant and rewarding experience. Simple to set up and use. Excellent value

I believe that Chase is the only bank in UK who currently offers any interest on its current accounts. Overall the experience is great and I like having a blank debit card, feels much more secure. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Chase are second to none

I opened an account with Chase in UK as i have had an account in Florida where I have a holiday home for some years - since i opened the account in UK i can only say the service has been impeccable , I have had 3 issues where I was charged from some companies that I never engaged and the on line chat people blocked , then got the money back in no time The staff are very attentive and helpful breath of fresh air in the UK nowadays Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
