At first, I was sceptical about opening an account with them because of who they are and being new arrivals in the UK Banking business but they've proven to be a fantastic bank so far. I've never had any issues with them and have recommended them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

The best and easiest current account

My Chase card is used for almost all of my purchases. I also use it when I'm out of the UK as there are no transactions charges and a great exchange rate. I have money in their savings account and it's so quick and easy to transfer to the current account. The 1% cashback on nearly everything I spend also adds up plus the great interest rate on the savings account. When I have had to contact them they have been so helpful, reassuring and professional. As a savings and current account customer, Chase’s offering beats the other banks I use. The App is clear and easy to use; savings account quick and often first to increase interest rates. Cash back on current account spendings and over offers are a huge plus. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Chase have a superb app - customisable and detailed with plenty of insights to track spending. Love how you don't have to jump through hoops to claim rewards. Interest rates on the current account means your money is working for you as opposed to gathering dust in a high street bank. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
