I couldn’t remember my passcode and Face ID wouldn’t work as I had changed hair colour ( I think that’s why ) the lady I spoke to got it all sorted really quickly and was so friendly- took all my stress away. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Great customer service

Great with sorting out fraud issues when my card had been fraudulently used. Managed to get me a refund on an undelivered package. Customer service keep me updated regularly, are professional and explain things fully to me. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
