Brilliant!

Chase have been a big help this year, giving 1% cashback on everyday spending. The app is easy to use and understand. Best of all, their customer service is quick and super helpful. I think other companies could learn a lot from Chase! I have recommended Chase to all my family and friends. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Simple app, very easy to use

I have a savings account and a current account both easy to use. The only thing I'd like to chase is the cash amount that you're able to withdraw in a month 1,500 pm is far too low and because of this I've had to keep my other bank account open. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

So far the card and account is what was promised

I have used the card for most purchases. The card was refused at a few toll booths in Portugal. I did not use the card for flight tickets in case I needed the credit card protection, Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Doing everything right!

From opening the account and getting the card to downloading the app and managing my money, the whole experience has been so easy and intuitive. The customer rewards 1% cashback is a great incentive and has encouraged me to recommend it to friends during this financially challenging time. Plus, the incentives keep coming, although the initial period is up, new offers have been made and customer loyalty is rewarded. The current account also offers an interest rate which is calculated each month. It feels like Chase really understand that offering rewards begets awards and they are the only bank I've actively recommended to others. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Something fresh, new & user-friendly

I was sceptical about opening an account with an “American“ bank (this is buggy!), after being with Barclays for over 40 years.. but they were treating me less and less like a “Premier” customer that I was supposed to be. I’ve loved everything about Chase so far... except that they won’t give me a free overdraft, or a facility to go over for a direct debit or something, and would rather refuse it. Not good, as I’m renting my sewing space from the local council! Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

instant update

when I use the debit card an alert is sent to my phone via the app immediately I use it and a balance immediately visible. If the card was compromised I would know immediately it had been used without my consent. Brilliant system other bank apps need to get up to date Reviewed on: 20th March 2023
