BRILLIANT BANK

Phoned them as I thought I may have given my bank card details out to a scammer. Answered within minutes, by a real person, resolved in seconds by changing my card details in the app. Love the pots as they help me manage my money. Love the 5% interest on round up. Fantastic Current and Savings Accounts

Chase Bank offers great interest rates on savings and the current account is brilliant with its 1% cash back on the majority of everyday spending. The customer service was great when I had trouble with non receipt of goods ordered online and couldn't get a refund either. It was easy to open the accounts initially and I completely recommend Chase Bank - most of my friends and family are now up and running with accounts too. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Exceeded expectations

Joined Chase in June 2022. The app is so well designed and easy to use. Love the 1% cash back with the current account. Also have several savings account and love being able to name them. Really impressed with how the interest rate has increased with the Bank of England increases. Would definitely recommend :-) Reviewed on: 20th March 2023
