Straightforward ,safe and secure.

I am in my eighties and therefore very cautious. This is the first bank that I have dealt with that I feel no matter what queries I may have they are responded to immediately and respectfully. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

Modern banking done right

Chase is new in the UK and comes with many benefits like 1% cashback on regular purchases, a generous 3% flexible savings account, 5% saving on round-ups and allows for direct debits to be set up. Their app is a little slow but well designed and functions well. Their customer support is responsive, polite and helpful. I don't know another bank that does all this for free.
