Brilliant bank

I’ve banked with Halifax for years and years, I joined chase last year and honestly will never go back. The app is brilliant, the money back on purchases such a good idea, I love the round up and I absolutely love the ease of the savings accounts and setting up a new one. I highly recommend chase to all my family and friends! I’ve already got five family members to join, including my nana who loves it just as much as I do. I had an issue with a declined payment the other day and chase couldn’t have done enough to work out the isssue and keep me updated while they were looking. New style of Banking

Have been very satisfied with the bank so far but only one problem and that is when you spend money the credit balance amount only seem to update a few seconds after you log back in which is most annoying. It should update much sooner. A few times I logged in and thought I have enough credit to make a purchase and then find out it has failed. Please sort it out.
