Innovative Bank

It was refreshing a year ago to find the new Chase Bank, offering cash back and a reward account which were easy to set up and maintain. They've remained up to date as interest rates rose, passing the benefits to their customers. Using the app is easy and fun. Reviewed on: 19th March 2023

A caring bank

The app takes a bit of getting used to but the care and attention that I received when my card had been cloned was fantastic. New card details with superb customer calls to support me with amounts of money disappearing before my eyes. They blocked the card and refunded the stolen amounts. very easy banking!

It is refreshing to find a bank account that is so easy to open and operate. The App is great and works well, easy to do anything. Add a savings account, it’s easy! They pay interest too at a decent rate and their customer service is quick and efficient. They do cashback, round-up and other rewards. A very welcome change from other banks.
