Great account great app easy to use.

Fantastic Bank

I have found the Chase Bank the best online banking experience. That with the cash back earned on each purchase and the excellent interest rates on my savings make it much more appealing than my other account with a different provider. I have nothing but great things to say about Chase Bank. It really is a front runner compared to the ‘big 5’ high street banks in the uk. Excellent bank, product and service

Best Bank By Far in the UK!

I have been a Halifax Customer for 30 years and I didn’t realise how poor their customer service or rewards were until I went on holiday to the USA. I initially opened my account after browsing the Money Saving Expert website to search for the best bank to use abroad. They recommended Chase and I loved it! The benefits included 1% cashback on all spending which was great when you are a tourist spending lots of money! I was also able to withdraw cash from an ATM with no charge. Bank transfers are efficient and the incentive of a good interest rate in comparison to other UK banks when transferring money from your current account to a savings account is an added bonus. I feel protected as a customer as the card details are not visible on my bank card however if I need to use them they are easily accessible on the app. There’s no need to waste money on high street banking overheads as Chase is proving that online banking is a better business model.
