Loving my chase account! After being with the same old high street bank for 30+ years, now I’ve seen the light I’d never go back ;) Rewards on spends, no fees abroad, ease of use app and fantastic customer support. I couldn’t believe it when I called them to query a transaction, they exactly who I was, no pressing a million different department options, no long queue, it was great! Chase bank provides me with everything I want from an online banking service with great customer service and support ( real people to help not some AI assistant) , generous cash back on spending and a decent return on savings. All backed up by the might of JP Morgan. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
