I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

The app is super easy to use and is always available online unlike other banks where the app won’t work “due to technical issues”. I’ve used the customer services to check out what I thought where fraudulent activities and the team where super helpful and efficient. The app is easy to set up a new payee and it asks who this is, and talks about fraudulent activity before you make a payment. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Chase has been exceptional.

Chase has been exceptional. I use my card in the UK purchases and get 1% cash back for up to £1500 per calendar month. I use my card outside the UK without any charges. Customer Service is brilliant. Chase replaces cards at no extra cost to users. Not even postage. I am always warned when a direct debit is due few days beforehand. It is just wonderful service. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
