Never knew chasing could be so easy

Best experience so far!

I've been a Chase customer for a year and it's been by far the best banking experience I've had in the last 15 years - rewards are better than anywhere else and customer service is second to none. They really helped me out last summer when I needed something urgently and went above and beyond to turn it around within 24 hours while my "traditional" bank needed 3-5 working days and to send me a physical letter...
