Best customer services I have received in a very long time!

I have had a couple of queries regarding my accounts and the problem each time was sorted out within the hour and no long wait for my call to be answered. Amazing bank

What an amazing bank I signed up as they were offering a free £20 when you deposit £20 and I am so glad I did. They offer so many benefits like round up and cashback on everyday spending it was a no brainer. They have competitive rates for your savings and no penalties for withdrawing. They keep increasing it in line with interest rates too so no messing around with switching providers and it was super easy to set up. First class service and product, so easy to use
