Love Chase bank I love the way that your phone call...

Love Chase bank I love the way that your phone call is answered straight away,and your not kept on hold for long periods off time. Still strong

Chase isn't as great as it was before, but it is still good enough compared to other banks. Chase is definitely developing to be one of the best banks in the UK. I am still using Chase as my main bank, but currently Trading 212 with 1.5% cashback and PayPal+ with 1% cashback are better choice for some customers. I hope that Chase will find a way to be on the top again. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
