Efficiency with Benefits!

The benefits such as money back on purchases, round-up and no charge for using the debit card abroad are a real bonus. Haven’t needed to contact customer support often, but have always been quick to reply and deal with the query. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Chase are the bank that makes everything easy, navigate through account simply and easy to find what you’re looking for. Rewards are fantastic just by spending on the debit card, payments easy to action, navigate to direct debits easy and nothing is complicated with Chase or account management. Excellent banking experience

Initially I opened my account to use it when I went abroad.. however I’ve been using Chase more as they offer great instant customer service responses. The payments and transaction always show in real time & I also got a credit card accepted instantly. It would be useful if they could offer an overdraft. That would make me want to switch from rbs.
