A really good online current account

A really good online current account with an excellent app, cashback on selected shopping and good customer service on the rare occasions that I have needed to contact them. The account is very responsive to payments and credits with changes registered instantly. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

I’ve had a really positive experience with the Chase...

I’ve had a really positive experience with the Chase current account so far. Switching accounts and setup was quick and straightforward, and the app is easy to navagate. One feature that particuarly standsout is the cashback on everyday spending, which is a nice bonus for something I’d be doing anyway. Payments are instant, and notifications come through immediately, which gives me confidence in tracking my spending. I also appreciate how easy it is to categorise transactions and monitor where my money is going. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Great customer service

Banking with Chase is just EASY!

Banking with Chase is just easy - the App is excellent, it's easy to find any info you want or make any transaction. I've been recommending Chase to friends and family ever since I joined them, and still do, even though some of the original current account perks have been reduced. It's still a better banking experience somehow than the other 3 banks I use alongside it, for one reason or another. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
