Great Bank

Went with this Bank just to have an extra card in case I lost my main one and they are second to none. Great service when I lost this card gave me my new numbers that I needed so I could at least do internet banking or buy online while I waited for my new card which was more than my other bank did.and staff very friendly on phone and get through really quickly to talk to someone. Super easy with money making perks

Offered round up & cashback for a limited time initially, along with option for savings pots to go alongside current account; then asked existing customers to tell them what we'd like to see going forwards, & proposed various options. I've never rated Nps 10 til now

Ease, speed, visibility, grouping of spend it's so much more than a current acct. More money manager than bank acct. If someone talks about banks I talk about chase. Most think I'm in some way related but it's more the experience creates positivity. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

The Best Bank

I'm not very tech savvy so was reluctant to join Chase Bank but my daughter convinced me. I'm so glad I followed her advice, it's so straightforward and easy to navigate. I especially love the round-up and 1% cash back. I've opened a savings account and the interest rate is excellent. I recommend Chase Bank to all my friends. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
