Fantastic service and unmatched benefits

Chase bank has been welcomed by me since they started in the UK. I signed up prior to launch and was excited by the benefits offered. Not only are the benefits unmatched by any other bank, but they are simple to understand and there is no messing about. Any interest or cash back offered is paid monthly. The interface for the app is also nice to look at and easy to navigate. It has helped me manage my money better. Customer service when needed has been on hand at any time of day, even to ask about a simple transaction, they are there at 3am or 2pm. Fantastic overall and I would highly recommend them. Best bank I ever been with

Best current account I've ever had

The current account was easy to set up from home. The benefits package is better than any current account I've ever had from the 1% cashback on all purchases to no charges overseas even on currency exchange. The app is easy to use and you can see at a glance your spending and can open different accounts within you main account to use for different things. Security is good too as you are notified every time you make a purchase on the card and you have to enter your pin once you have tapped out five times which limits fraud if your card is stolen. On the few times I have had to contact Chase, the call has been answered quickly and dealt with to my satisfaction. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
