You wony be disappointed

Had very little knowledge of this bank until I opened an account but since then I have been really really impressed with all aspects especially the ability to ha e different accounts which I use for savings. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Excellent service, good competing rates.

Great service moved around 5 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve made. The customer service is excellent, they respond very quickly to any issues and can’t do enough to help. They offer good competitive rates as well and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. App is also very easy to use. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

The Switch I needed

I’ve switched my bank over to Chase when I separated from my husband. I found the saving spaces invaluable when I needed to budget and plan as a single mother and single income household. The account is easy to access using the App.
