My experience during my first year with Chase has been first class. I love the app, easy to use and very clear. I’ve recently started savings accounts and rounding up helps with my savings as well. When banks ate closing in towns its good to have Chase and their excellent customer service. They provide all the tradional bank services but on a phone app thats simple to use, secure, gives rewards and contacting customer service takes seconds. Definitely deserves an award. 5 star service.
