Fabulous Current & Savings accounts!

I switched to Chase from a major high street bank, tempted by their % on savings instant access account and their 1% cash back on current accounts. Basic rewarding banking

I set up my Chase Bank account primarily so I could use it in America to avoid being charged foreign transaction fees. Now, I’m using it for everyday spending as I love the fact that I get Cashback and a great interest rate on my money. I love the round up feature - it’s rewarding to save without any real effort. I had to issues with my account when I used it abroad. When I had an issue with a pending transaction, the customer service I got was impeccable. I contacted customer service using the instant messaging feature and an agent connected almost instantly to give me advice. I was even allocated a case handler who checked on me the next day. I have been using a mainstream high street bank for many years, and not once have I felt valued in the way I do with Chase. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Easy tracking of money and amazing cashback

Excellent easy experience with the best interest rates anywhere. Rates immediately raised when base rate changed, whereas previous bank was 6 months before changing savings interest rates. Brilliant app and amazing cashback incentives. Have recommended to family and 3 other members have already opened accounts. So many excellent features e.g. roundup and interest rates even on current account. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
