So easy to set up

My bank card with Natwest had to be replaced because of fraud. They were going to take 5 working days to send another. It was Saturday the next day so the branch was shut, I could not get any money out and I was going on holiday the next day. Thanks to Chase, it took about 10 minutes to set up a new account to which I could then transfer some money and I could enjoy my holiday with no problems! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Efficient and friendly from a customer focused Bank

Great App. Simple, concise, great incentives and a friendly approach. I’ve used the round up feature to save over £250 that would have either wise just disappeared. And I’m earning interest too !! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
