CHASE BANK RECOMMENDATION

I have had an account with one of the major High Street banks for many years. I happened to be speaking about general finance with my son recently and he told me about the advantages of Chase Bank above all others. On investigation I found the information to be correct and immediately applied for an account. The process was extremely easy and I now enjoy extremely easy access on line, transfer of funds between savings and current accounts and interest and pay back rates. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great bank, makes everything easier

Great bank, easy set up, easy to use and great features such as the 1% cashback. Great having all the card details in the app so no need to use physical card every time you want to make a payment online etc. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Best bank in the UK

New Current Account UK Role Model

We set up chase accounts about 1 year ago in 2022. We were looking at the increasing COMMERCIAL rates on offer TO banks and noticed that all the OLD GUARD in RETAIL banking were continuing to offer derisory (0.01%) rates to (in our case long standing, loyal) customers. The "loyalty penalty" reared it head again and we opened accounts. We were expecting "standard" APP based banking but got a lot more. In addition to a respectable interest rate (which has been increased in line with Central Bank increases) we found a bank that offered instant movement of cash between saving and retail, cash back, top-up, and more, with an intuitive and responsive app. And on the rare occasion we have had to seem (app based only) help that was also swift to be answered, and polite and informative as well. A great choice for us, and as long as they maintain competitiveness (not necessarily the BEST rates) then they'll have us as customers Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
