Had a few problem with someone trying to hack my account it was stopped and reported to me straight away and changed my account details there and then No hassle.. Could still use my card. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Getting the basics right

Best bank in the UK

Love our accounts with Chase bank. Opened them, about a year ago, excellent backup and service always available when needed. We got 1% cashback on purchases even spending abroad with no extra charges when we return home like other banks do. We love the card with no details on it for prying eyes to see. Also that we can change the card number if we think it may have been compromised. This comapny shoudl shake up the stuffy old UK banking system as it sweeps up new account holders from the other banks. Well done chase and Thank you for being you and different. Brilliant idea but simple, they pay you for using your money, no wonder its growing so fast. Instant access for your savings with 3% ( hope they can improve on that?), and 1% for current account. App is great and customer sevice quick and helpful - love it Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
