Great app and services

I am very pleased with the Chase current account application, it works so well and yet appears so simple, but includes all the information you need easily at a glance. The 1% cash back for a year is amazing too. Very impressed with the service and banking, any queries on the phone are answered by a person, not a computer or overseas call centre and swiftly resolved. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Amazing customer service & rewards

I have always loved chase bank because it’s so easy and the layout simple. I initially opened with them because they had some great rewards. I was so surprised by how long the rewards are ongoing and the others that have come since. I have had a couple of issues with payments pending for my protection. But the customer service there are 10/10. They are open 24/7 and have always dealt with an issues quickly. They are professional, kind and a pleasure to deal with.
