Easy to use, great perks

Started using September 2022. App is really easy to use, 1% cashback and roundups are great for small additions to savings without even thinking about it. As they grow more features being added. 10/10 so far for me. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Wouldn't be without it now.....

I was always a bit wary of using mobile banking until a friend introduced me to Chase. It is so easy to use without switching current accounts. I can use my Chase spending account for shopping and top up my account from my regular bank. Chase also has great savings rates so I transferred savings too. I like the fact that Chase is owned by JP Morgan, a well established and trusted bank. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Who said switching Banks was hard

Okay for basic but missing core banking functionalities

Poor service if you want core banking functionalities, such as transferring large lump sums to another bank account. Good front end but poor backend (no faster payments nor chaps, Chase needs to email the recipient bank to process payments). Very stressful experience if you need to take out large sums urgently. I can't send money to my sister to her birthday

the bank initially refused to allow me to send £30 of my money to my sister for her birthday this year from my chase account, despite me doing this without issue last year. also, they wanted me to tell them her date of birth, full name and address despite the fact that she doesn't bank with them and they don't have her authority for me to disclose her personal data to them. they don't think this is an issue, but clearly it's wrong Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
