Great service great account

Have needed to contact the Bank’s service team on 2 occasions . My queries were dealt with very efficiently . The advisor gave me his name to go back to if I had any more problems . The banking app is well set out ,easy to use and excellent value with 1% cash back on debit card expenditure and an excellent savings interest rate . Great option for those happy to do banking on their phone

I got the Chase App & opened an account last August, ahead of a trip abroad, and this is where the first major positive came in - the fact they don't charge any extortionate fees on conversion etc when abroad! Setting up an account was also simple and intuitive. The App and day to day management is also very good. When there have been occasional technical glitches, Chase has also been good at reporting them. The spend trackers etc are useful, and my Chase Current account is now where I do most of my day to day spend/finances. The 1% cashback and round up feature are also positives. The only thing from stopping me giving full marks on the recommendation is, because it's all via an app, I know some family members (generally, older relatives) would maybe struggle, but overall they've been great.
