Faultless service

I joined chase last year and the set up was seamless. We have used our cards abroad, we get savings every month from the 1% cash back which sometimes buys us that extra naughty take away we fancy when we really shouldn't. No glitches on the app and communication is top notch. Have recommended to my friends and family too! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Well, I would never had believed that I would be impressed by a bank but I so am now. If there was ever a great way to treat your customers Chase Bank have got it spot on. An easy to use logical app that always evolves to be even better, great interest rates on both current and savings. I have shouted the news to all my family and friends and they have all now set up accounts. Way to go Chase Bank. If you need me to wax lyrical on radio and TV ads just let me know. Really like the innovative approach Chase provide with cash back on savings and ability to save with round up. Very happy with savings rate and communication is excellent. Would certainly recommend for anyone wanting a more simpler app based approach to banking. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
