What's been missing

This bank has got the jump on all other "traditional" UK banks in offering cashback on all spending and a decent interest rate on instant access savings. Now everyone is playing catch up or copy cat - some poorly too. They should be commended for coming into a saturated market and making waves Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Superb app with great transactional detail. Love the notifications of transactions and the UX. Good, simple savings account with decent rate of credit interest and love 1% cashback on spending from current account. All iun all done very well. I had one not great instance of customer service but my complaint was professionally responded in a timely manner with a fair outcome. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
