Best Account Ever!

From the moment I opened my account it was clear that this was a bank that was different from the rest. There’s nothing annoying or frustrating about this bank. They really do work for you. The layout of the account is perfect. It makes one feel in control of one’s finances. Saving money is easy too. The cash back and roundup facilities are brilliant! Simple Banking - User Friendly

EXCELLENT SERVICE. INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS VIA APP. EASY.

Excellent, easy to use app. Instant notification on app of spending and money in as well as out. Quick and secure log-in to approve/ authorise an online spend before a payment is made. Cash back on most spends. All 3 accounts:Spending /current account; savings account; and Rewards account all easily accessed from the home screen, and money is easily transferred between Current and Savings. All card details accessed at the touch of a button. Monthly spending clearly shown for each month as it accrues and tapping the little icon on the top left of the screen gives instant access to set spending limits; view statements and documents; see Legal matters and lastly to adjust settings. There is now alao the opportunity to make investments although I have not used this facility. There is a clear Log out button, although the app ask if you still wish to stay signed in after a short period of inactivity, or will automatically sign you out if you have forgotten or you do not respond. Altogether a very good and easy service to access once you quickly become accustomed to the app when you have transferred from a different banking system. We have both joined CHASE and have also recommended it to other family who have aleeady opened accounts as a result. The good thing is that you do not necessarily need to transfer your precious account to use these services. We like it and are happy to recommend it to others. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Innovative and customer focussed

Looked at Chase after seeing it recommended on a well known broadcasters site. Love the money back on purchases, great rates when spending on it abroad and the ease of switching money from the current account into a savings account. App is clear and very simple to use Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
