A bank with a difference

This bank offers an excellent product and rewards you more generously than others for being with them. The whole process was easy to set up, the day to day management is a doddle and you're kept well informed. But, for me, the most important thing is the outstanding customer service. When I had a minor problem the person I spoke to was so polite, knowledgeable and fixed the issue straight away. Even gave a little compensation for the hassle. Flexible and rewarding

My Chase bank current account pays me to use my debit card and I can see online my rewards every day. I can transfer this easily into my interest bearing saving account and watch it grow. I like the round up account which also earns interest and is a good way of saving without being proactive. When I had a query regarding my account I had a helpful prompt reply from the support team. I have found chase bank the best bank in all areas on the current bank you know exactly how much you have in your account at a glance it send a email so you know what you have paid the round up feature is brilliant as it gives money back The savings side is also the best as it gives interest at a monthly basis 3.0% Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
