Loyalty rewarded

I have been with chase for more than a year and a half now. I was potentially one of the first to sign up as I had seen in the news prior to them opening of a new JP Morgan challenger bank coming into the scene of the UK. It's initial offerings to it's customers was already impressive. A 1% cashback rate on its current account on pretty much every purchase possible, and a round up pot with 5% interest. Those two benefits were already better than what the other online banks I experimented with offered. The terms stated that this would finish in a year, however when a year rolled around chase UK showed it's customers that it was all about the rewarding experience still, and extended it's terms to it's customers. This benefit even remains today with very generous terms of depositing atleast £500 a month. For the first time I have felt like a bank actually listens to it's customer base and lives up to it's word on an open, rewarding banking experience. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Simply the best

Opening an account is very easy, offers great rewards and helpful features to help save and make the most of your money. The debit card is simple with no identifiers on the card itself to help fight fraud. Overall, I am very glad to have taken out this account and hope the benefits will continue to get better. Banking made super easy

Fee free, cashback on spending, competitive easy access savings rate, app simple & easy to use, what I appreciate very much is that unlike my other bank accounts, if a scheduled payment fails I get a notification informing me that a 2nd attempt will be made later in the day so I have time to transfer money. Easy to set up multiple accounts & transferring between them is easy & instantaneous. Contacted customer service 2 or 3 times, through to a real & friendly person within minutes.
